Art Requirements

We are very picky when it comes to artwork. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality awards and promotional products. High quality artwork is an essential part of that process. There is no need to worry if your artwork is low resolution or doesn't meet our standards, we can have it redrawn in a day or two for less than you might think.

File Format and How to Submit Artwork:
Vector art can be submitted in .eps or pdf format.
Bitmaps such as jpg, png, tiff, etc will need to be reviewed for quality. Please send us the highest resolution available.

Email artwork to: sales@awardsplus.com - be sure to put the sales order number or customer number in the subject line.

If your file exceeds 5 meg, please contact a customer service representative at (301) 868-6320 or sales@awardsplus.com for other upload options.

* Please note that AwardsPlus will not use artwork below its minimum standards. Artwork that needs to be redrawn typically takes 1 to 2 business days and most emblems cost between $25 and $50 each.
